Exam मैं आखिर कसे फटाफट याद करे ? How to Learn in exams ?

पढाई मजे से करे , उसे बोझ (बजन ) ना समझे ..

1.  लगातार पढने से आछा  है , 50 minutes के  बाद  10 minute ब्रेक  ले ले , इस से आचा फर्क पड़ेगा .तरीके से      पढ़े , हड़बड़ी से बहुत  कुछ छुट  जाता  है . जो कीexam के बाद याद  आता है .



2. पढाई  के समय थोडा बहुत हलकी सी आवाज़ मैं , म्यूजिक/ गाने भी सुन सकते है, इस से एकाग्रता बढती है .



3. Exam से पहले ही सारे कोर्स को ख़त्म कर ले , फिर  Exam के समय  याद करे (Revision) .

4. जो भी  नया पढ़ा है , उसे अपने दोस्त को पढ़ाने की कोशिश करे (Group Discussion ) , आपको  अच्छे से याद हो  जाएगा .

     लेटकर पढने से पढ़ा हुआ दिमाग में बिलकुल नही जाता , बल्कि नींद आने लगती है ।

Study karte time agar aap apne fist ko squeezing (dabana) karte hai to memory improve hoti hai. Example ke liye…. participants ko 72 words yaad karne ko kahe gaye the. Uss group ne words ko yaad karne se pahle 90 seconds aapni right fist ko squeeze karte rahe. Uske baad 72 words batane se pahle aapni left fist ko squeeze kara. Or paya gya ki unki memory task pahle se jada fast thi. Researchers ke hisaab se yeah tarika memory ko boost karta hai. I know ye thoda ajeeb method hai but ye kaam bahut acha karta hai.

Bahut se log shallow breathes (kam saans) lete hai aur unhe pata bhi nahi hota hai. Aapne pet se deep n slow breath le. Stomach breathing se brain ke Theta waves activate ho jate hai… jiski vajah se memory improve hoti hai. Deep breathing se brain cells me oxygen ka flow increase ho jata hai, jo brain ko activate ya jaga deta hai.

Do Arm Circles

Doston, vaha jaye jahan aapko koi na dekh sake. Example ke liye bathroom… or arm circles ke 10 sets kare. Arm circle karne ke liye sabse pahle doston aapne arm ko straight rakhe, uske baad arm ko swing kare all around back to the front. Aisa 10 baar har ek set kare. Ye move sirf 30 seconds leti hai but isse heart rate increase ho jati hai or brain ka blood flow bhi bad jata hai.

Puzzles ya brain teasers aapke mind ko concentrate karne ke liye force karti hai. Doston, aap brain game on paper ya friends ke sath khel sakte ho. Ek or option hai aap online games bhi khel sakte ho.

Padhayi karne ka ye ek best tarika maana jaata hai. Aap group study kare friendz ke sath, Group study karne se aapko new idea aane lag jate hai jo aapko exam ke time help karte hai aache marks lane me. Group study ek behad acha option hai jisse mind me new ideas aate hai or saath ki saath thodi masti bhi ho jati hai friendz ke sath or mind bhi fresh ho jata hai, jo exam ke tension waale mahol me bhut acha hota hai. Group study se exam ka pressure bhi kam ho jaata hai aur koi aisi cheez jo aapko samajh nhi aati use aapke friend aapko aasani se samjha dete hai.
Note: Kyi baar aisa bhi hota hai ki Group Study ke naam par students saath study ka plan to karte hai but vo study se jyada idhar udhar ki baate karte hai aur bhut important time barbad karte hai, so aap dhyaan rakho ki aapke saath aisa kuch na ho. Bahut se students raat bhar jaag kar study karte hai par fir bhi unhe kuch yaad nhi rahta. Aisa isliye hota hai dosto qki raat khana kha ke hume neend defiantly aati hai or neend ki jagah jab hum study karne bethte hai to vo thoda impossible vala kaam ho jata hai. Iske liye hum aapko ye salah denge ki aapke padhayi ka time subah ka fix kare, raat ko jaldi so jaaye aur subah jaldi 3 ya 4 baje uth kar padhayi karo. Early morning ke time me aapni Grasping power jyada hoti hai aur ek baar padhu huyi cheez bhi aasani se yaad reh jaati hai. Agar aap regular subah 2-3 ghante bhi padhayi karte hai to aap exam me aasani se top kar sakte hai.
